Finder. Go. Connect to server. Cifs://files.campus.ad.uvm.edu
All drives show up there, auth with netid, not "mac" username, which shows up as default.
Also, in system prefs u can set those drives to mount on startup under users.

Subject: mac mounting
Amigos y Amigas,
What is the Mac equivalent to mounting the mca share?
on Winsystems --net use z: \\files.uvm.edu\mca /user:campus\vrossi
..been trying finder-go-connect to server mounting, but i would be very
surprised if the super-secure-central-network-commandos would allow cifs
or smb mounts
Any suggestions?
