Okay-

I've been asked to upgrade several of our Treo 650 smartphones.   
However, it's quite unclear which platform I should go with.

Our mandated wireless provider is Verizon, so the iPhone is out.   
PalmOS is soon to be toast and WebOS is an unknown at this point,  
leaving us with Windows Mobile or Blackberry.

These users would definitely be eligible for NotifyLink accounts if we  
were to go with Blackberry.

The need is for Oracle calendar and email connectivity over the air.

So, because the Executive wing is using Blackberry, should I regard  
that as the de facto standard?

I have zero experience with Windows Mobile.  It appears that we cannot  
do over the air email and calendar with that platform.  Is that correct?

Your advice and experiences appreciated.
