Did you know that you can record voice using photo story itself? I have never tried using it with audacity but we haven't tried because you can record right in Photo Story itself. Narration is on the same page where you customize motion.

I have a mystery I'm hoping y'all can solve. I have some students who are
creating book trailers. They are putting scanned images into Photo Story
and using Audacity to add the voiceovers. We seem to be running into
problems when we try to import the sound files from Audacity. The
original voice and picture files are the right length for each other.
However, when the sound file is imported into Photo Story, it fades out
early, usually at the next-to-last slide but not always. They fade out at
different lengths of time, too.
What we've already tried....
1. Adding in more slides
2. Deleting and re-importing the music
3. Deleteing the picture the sound fades out at and reimporting it
4. Deleteing the slide after the picture fades out and reimporting it.
5. Re-creating the entire project.
None of these attempts has any effect on the outcome whatsoever. Even
though you can hear the entire voiceover in the original file, it will
fade out early. I have also compared settings on slides to see if
anything is different somewhere. Everything looks the same. Just to make
things more interesting, I have one show that worked perfectly, and one
show that I was able to delete a small slice of the sound file, and it
worked. I've compared settings on these two shows to the shows that don't
work and everything looks the same.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
