I awoke to the early morning song of the robin, which was quite pleasing when
a Saw-whet Owl started tooting, first I have ever heard here on the lake.
The Saw-whet Owl’s non-stop tooting apparently got too the blue-jay's who
were trying to answer the owl’s one note call and did quite well at it, this
amazing noise when on for almost an hour before ending.
Nice start to the day.
