Hi - I thought I heard a Rose Breasted Grosbeak yesterday morning early but was sure I must be dreaming.? Glad to know you got a visual.?It seems six weeks early.
We continue to have a small?flock of Common Redpolls (5-8), Pine Siskens (8-12), as well as Juncos, Cardinals, Chickadees, Goldfinches, Purple Finches, Downy Woodpeckers, Hairy Woodpeckers, and?Mourning Doves at and around?our feeders.? The?Barred Owl has been hunting closer to the house several days over the past week.?Turkeys down the road.?Robins are singing enough to wake me in the morning.? Ah, spring!

Subject: [VTBIRD] Rose Breasted Grosbeak
This seems way early but we knew that we had been hearing 2 Rose Breasted
Grosbeak's the past few days. Today, we were able to visualize a male in the
top of a tree singing so beautifully. What a lovely sound to hear.
