In Montpelier, lots of waxwings (100+) gorging on berry trees along Main St
near the roundabout. This seems to be the only time they are quiet.
I have had hundreds of goldfinches and many juncos at my feeders for about 1
week; their plumage is starting to change.
Yesterday, I thought I saw an American Redstart on the bike path along the
river behind the HS and also a pair of Common Mergs floating and fishing in
the same area.
