I have started a new list for those doing the Worlds ormat so that we 
can stop crowding the policy talk. This list will also be national and  
not just northeast. I will still post relevant tournament invitation on 
the Northeast list but will be sparing.

USDEBATE Instructions

  a subscribe command, sub usdebate your_name_here, in the body of the 
message.
  Replace "your_name_here" with your first and last name, for example:

  instructions in the message.)

Leaving the list:
  To drop out of the discussion, send email to [log in to unmask] and
  place this unsubscribe command in the body of the message:

Sending a message to the list:
  To send a message to everyone on the list, send email to

        [log in to unmask]

  and include a meaningful subject line, then enter your message.
