I am wondering if anyone here is using anatomy diagrams in patient
charts? I spend a lot of time searching through op notes to find out
what a patient has had done...
Just wondering if anyone would have suggestions to help streamline
the process. I will use my previous worksheets if they have had
studies, but I am thinking a master diagram would help everyone
involved in the patient's care?
