Well, if it's an RVT we're talking about and if he or she will be working in the
New York City area, well....they should be compensated properly. I live in
Arizona, and we make somewhere between the 55-70K per year range. In
California (Los Angeles and San Francisco) where they pay higher than AZ, it
probably ranges between 65-90 K per year. I figure someone working in the
NYC area should be paid around the California level or perhaps even better.
Don't insult your tech by offering them only $45,000 a year, (in NYC) PLEASE..
