Hi Roger,
We are in our first year with SNAP. We enlisted our 3 school nurses in the selection process, and hands down they liked SNAP.
The implementation was pretty straight forward. We are connecting 4 health office, 2 across a WAN link using SNAP's remote agent, and performance is very good.
The nurses have found the program to be relatively easy to get up to speed on, in part due to the SNAP trainer we brought in.
On the IT end, the process to update the student database is a little clunky as we didn’t purchase the "automation" module, or setup a SIF server(the other option). We address the changing student database by having the Tech Dept do periodic exports/imports which while not elegant it pretty easy. Just not always up to date.
SNAP support was really helpful in getting setup. To be honest, we haven't had much occasion to use them since we got going.
All in all, we're pleased.
John

Subject: SNAP - School Nurse software
Our nurses are interested in SNAP.
Does anyone else use it? Know anything about it?
TIA
Roger
