We are a fairly new dedicated Vascular Lab for our hospital. We are putting
together everything from scratch. Our lab began with an old ER MD stool,
aged gurney that would not move up, and an indirect arterial testing machine.
No phone, no office supplies, dip diddely.
We have come a long way in a short time. But everything is new to each of
us in the form of moving toward accreditation. We have lots of potential
correlative exams but do not know how to formally assess them, (a grid and if
so what is in each square of the grid), and will this work for all exam types?
I would dearly appreciate help from all you experts out there who have battle
bruises from this process.
Thank you in advance for your kind help.
