My son Quinn and I spotted two adult Sandhill Cranes feeding in the fields just to the south and east of the covered bridge on swamp road in Salisbury. This is also known as the Cornwall Swamp WMA. I was lucky enough to get a look at the three cranes in Bristol just yesterday and was pretty surprised to come upon these two today. We also observed several Veery, Northern Waterthrush, and Warbling Vireo to name just a few highlights.
