In Dorset, on Friday, a female Pine Siskin was at the feeder with one fledging. They came back in the afternoon. Saturday late afternoon a pair of ruby throated hummingbirds were at the feeder, female was feeding, male was below her displaying courtship behavior:
shoosing back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, etc.She merely looked at him over her shoulder. Finally, they flew off together.
