I took a stop at Geprag park over in Hinesburg early this afternoon.
Here is a short list of the highlights seen there:
1 singing (probable) Golden-winged Warbler
1 Blue-winged warbler with yellow wing bars
2 Eastern Meadowlarks
Short stop at Shelburne Pond afterwards produced 4 SHOVERLERS
Yesterday Mike, Autumn and I stopped there and meet up with Walt and
Matt from the greenhouse residence at UVM and they helped us find:
1 Virginia Rail
1 American Bittern
Snipe
Gadwall
2 Caspian Turns

A stop yesterday morning at Charlotte town beach produced
Ruffed Grouse
Singing Blue-winged Warblers
Singing Black and White Warbler
Lots of Redstarts
Yellow-Warbler
Common Yellowthroat
Magnolia Warbler
Alder Flycatcher
Rose-breasted Grosbeak
Yesterday Afternoon at Woodside produced
Bank swallow
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker
The pair of Red-shouldered Hawks
Warbling Vireo
Red-eyed Vireo
Least Flycatcher
Common Yellowthroat
Yellow Warbler
Blue-grey Gnatcatchers
And there was also a variety of other stuff seen that I probably
forgot and left out.
P.S. I also have a video posted to the flickr page of a crow outside
my apartment making a weird call that I'd appreciated any comments
on. Especially since I can hear it calling outside my window now and
its kinda bugging me what it's doing.
