There's a warbler apparently nesting in a large tree across the
street from me. It sings a lot from early morning until about 9AM and
less frequently at other times. I've seen it flitting but haven't had
a good look yet, and the song is confusing me. It starts with 4-6
slightly buzzy notes all on the same pitch and then does the Parula's
up-the-scale slide (very buzzy) and finishes with a rapid downhill
gurgle. Is this a variant of the Parula's song?
