I can't think of any list I've been on that would conform with the above.
The difficult role of moderator is not necessarily helped by
transparency of individual correspondence precisely because the
moderator's role consists in large part of literally trying to defuse
tensions and deal with individual psychologies in a context where
people are trying to win arguments against each other.
