I'm surprised that you are having trouble with Dell getting back in touch with you promptly. As soon as I hit the send button to my sales rep he is calling me. Their Tech Support has been awesome in responding quickly as well. Maybe I'm hogging all their attention but I am sure they would want to know you are not getting the attention you need.
In the meantime we also have probably around 20 - 30 HP 6735B laptops including myself. I have been using my laptop for around 6 months now and the AMD has been OK.
