As some of you may have found out recently, the Burlington Community
Land Trust merged with the Champlain Community Housing Trust. We have
just received a FAX in our office at the request of the listers as
LCCHDT (or whatever their new initials are) wanted a name change on the
tax bill. I said that there was nothing we could do until they presented
recording. Am I right? Have any of you received recording for this? Can
you please tell me how I should address this with the new entity? Should
it be a name change form only.
