Everything, of course, is already in eBird.. Highlights below:

Charlotte Town Beach, 700-740: 1 Red-throated Loon flying south, little else.
Shelburne Bay, 800-835: 6 Snow Buntings, 1 Red-necked Grebe, 26
Bonaparte’s Gulls
Bear Creek Inn, at top of Bolton Valley Rd., 1000: 1 im Golden Eagle
heading south into strong south wind
Rte. 89, just N of Rte. 2/7: 30 Rusty Blackbirds flew across road
Dead Creek goose viewing: ~4000 Snow Geese, could not pick out a
Ross’s in my 20 min allotment

Little River SP, 1150-1250: 1 SPOTTED SANDPIPER (late; latest in eBird
for Vermont). Seen well, flushed from boat ramp area and flew across
reservoir
Berlin Pond, 1600-1640: 6 Bufflehead, 1 American Wigeon, 125 Canada
Geese, 2 Hooded Mergansers, 1 Herring Gull, 25 Ring-billed Gulls

Notes: Morning birding along Lake Champlain; daylight savings time
gave me an extra hour (got light at 6:00). Started with a long
lakewatch (very good) and followed with a quick check of Shelburne
Bay. WEATHER: Clear and crisp air after cold front passage overnight,
45 F, strong W wind (10-15 mph)
Number of species: 25
Brant (Atlantic) 16 *rare; one southbound flock; state bird
Canada Goose 35
Mallard 2
Northern Pintail 3 females in one group
White-winged Scoter 5 *rare; single flock south bound; state bird
Black Scoter 2 *rare; one male, and one female flying south as
singles; great looks; iPhone-scoped photos of female
Long-tailed Duck 17 *rare; one solo female flying south; one
flock of 16 bopping around
Bufflehead 55 one large flock and several smaller ones
Common Goldeneye 54 multiple group, including many on far side
Common Merganser 1 one female flying N
Common/Red-breasted Merganser 2 probable Red-breasted; distant
duck sp. 80 distant birds, almost certainly goldeneye or
bufflehead; on NY
Red-throated Loon 2 *rare; one sitting in middle of lake, one
close flyby
Common Loon 56 exact count; 16 birds on lake, remainder in
southbound flight
Horned Grebe 5 state bird
Red-necked Grebe 8 3 on lake, remainder southbound migrants

cormorant sp. 2 two birds flying south seen fairly well; bill
seemed yellowish and body thickset, but I suspect these were
