Sorry for the late post.  Yesterday morning (9:00-10:50) I checked out the
five Plymouth Lakes that are strung along VT Route 100 between Ludlow and
Plymouth as well as two other lakes in the vcinity for water bird activity.
Here's the rundown:

Colby Pond, Plymouth:

   - Hooded Merganser 2

Lake Pauline (a.k.a. Reservoir Pond), Ludlow:

   - Mallard 8

Lake Rescue, Ludlow:

   - Mallard 3
   - Common Merganser 1

Lake Ninevah, Mount Holly:

   - Common Merganser 15

Echo Lake, Plymouth:

   - Canada Goose 22
   - Hooded Merganser 2

Amherst Lake, Plmouth:

   - Common Goldeneye 1

Woodward Reservoir, Plymouth:

   - Canada Goose 49
