MV:
Ignoring the TOS issue for a minute, c'mon Mike of all entity's who should
never make a copyright claim, youtube purportedly being for user generated
content has been a huge haven for ripping other people content ...
And don't forget about the Fair Use exemption ...
Besides, Robert's original question isn't about someone else's content
"The problem is I have several students making Jing movies/tutorials"
Nor was Chip looking to pirate anything, saying what Squared5 is most often
used for by others, he doesn't necessarily seem to be advocating it ...
".flv files, which you can extract from YouTube videos online
using various browser plug-ins, but it doesn't do .swf files"
As in, Chip says this doesn't solve Robert's issue.
I have had this same issue using free version of format factory with jing and
wink, when I convert it runs my audio fine, but video is too short.
;)
R.
I don't know why we feel that TOS and Copy Right do not apply to
education, but if anyone is going to follow the rules it should be the
role models.
