As suggested Keri, park at the Fish and Wildlife kiosk and then walk the
quarter mile, (at the most), west along the one lane elevated road to a
pull-out to the north that overlooks the bay. Walking is preferable to driving
since the road is a single lane and the adjacent woods may have a surprise
or two! Viewing will be enhanced if you have a scope!
