I'd suggest Newegg low profile network card right here:
My first recommendation would be to modify the flange of a normal sized
PCI network card to fit a low profile system, I've done this before
fairly easily. Either take the flange off of an old-non essential low
profile PCI card and attach it to normal sized network card, it will
work just the same. I've done it plenty of times in the past.
