Yeah, I agree with Ernie. Microsoft is a business after all. Their founder is the philanthropist, but that's his own cash he's spending.
HP's printers used to be be bomb proof, but that proved to be a poor business model. Why by another printer if the decade old one still works with my computer and spits out paper?
