Try reducing your MTU from the default 1500 to 1400.
You'll find the settings in System Prefs | Network | whichever interfact you're using | Advanced | Ethernet. Set MTU to Custom, then change the number to 1400.
I've had to do this on all of my MacOS machines to get Anyconnect to work from home, DSL, GMAVT. But, until now, I appeared to be the only one.
