You could use LiteTouch to deploy to your virtual machine. I actually
do most LiteTouch development on VMware Workstation, so you should be
able to deploy to VMware Server, Workstation, or Player without issue.
There are options for both 32 and 64-bit deployments of Win 7 enterprise
from LiteTouch (although deploying 64-bit VMs can be challenging).
See the readme in \\files\software\Windows_Deployment_Services for
details. For VM deployments I recommend grabbing the LiteTouch boot ISO
file and mounting that as the optical drive on your VM.
