Ivory Gull present on the south side of the Rouse's Point bridge, Vermont side, at 1pm. Located along edge of ice before flying toward Ice fishermen and shanties to the East.
Adult bird, clean snow white plumage, black eye and legs, bluish base to the bill with orangish tip.
Observed by several excited birders from the side of rt 2/11 and closer views on the ice!
