Location:     Kelly Bay, Alburgh
Observation date:   2/22/10
Notes:     Bird observed among fishing  shanties feeding on fish remains 
and then along the ice/water interface where it  was preening/cleansing 
itself.  When in the area of the shanties the bird  appeared to have little regard 
for the human activity in its immediate  neighborhood.
