Hey there Lispniks,
I know some of you folks have asked me from time to time how to get a
better grip on Lisp and what it can provide you as a programmer. I
found a nicely written article which tries to explain Lisp
metaprogramming and code-as-data homoiconicity in terms of well
understood concepts (for most mainstream programmers anyway) like XML,
Ant, database abstraction layer tools, and the ever hackish C
preprocessor (i.e. macro) language.
And hey, it's a pretty enjoyable, tongue-in-cheek read at that!
