Hello, Vermont birders!

Yesterday, shortly after noon, the Mass Audubon group out of Joppa Flats Education Center in Newburyport had the Island Pond/Ferdinand Northern Hawk Owl. It was generally in the same area in which it's been seen for the past many weeks. Yesterday's sighting was on Rt 105 on the south side of the road about 200 yards east of the snowmobile trail crossing. Grand looks were had by all.

Recall, the snowmobile trail crossing is 2.5 miles east of the John Boylan State Airport on Route 105.

Thanks to those of you who have been posting about this bird.

All best!
