Hi Louanne-
Good to hear from you. I was just looking at the Crane Cam at Rowe. Did you meet my friend Keanna. She is pretty active on their Facebook page.
We are back to weekly monitoring at the COFC on Fridays. Hope you can make it sometime.

Hi Bruce,
I am on my way home (in NY) after spending 10 days birding in Nebraska. Of
course the trip included Rowe Santuary with night and morning viewing of the
Sandhill Cranes from blinds.
The highlight of the trip however, was seeing a Common Crane amongst the
Sandhill Cranes in Hershey NE.
Hope to see you birding soon - Williston?
Louanne

If you can't make your way to Bristol Pond to see the Sandhill Cranes, check
ut the CraneCam at the Rowe Audubon Sanctuary website sometime between now and
pril 10. Roughly 500,000 Sandhill Cranes stop by at Rowe on the Platte River in
he heart of Nebraska on their way to wherever. The Home page address is
ttp://www.rowesanctuary.org/ then follow the directions.
