I'm looking for quiz generation software that will self-score, generate
a customizable participation certificate for a passing score, and keep a
list of those who participate & whether or not they passed/failed,
preferrably something exportable to Excel.

I'm hoping those who work in academia can shed light on this.

I know about:

ProProfs (won't email, doesn't keep a list of participants)
Charles Kelly's (beyond my skillset)
QuizMaker (unable to figure out how it saves info from the demo)

I will happily summarize any answers I receive for the list.

Best regards--
