The requirements from CAAHEP and JRCDMS are the requirements for the clinical site - not how many studies the student should be performing. A good clinical site should perform about 1000 vascular studies per year but that does not mean that the student participates in that many studies.

In looking over the accreditation standards, they do not specifically say how many exams a student should perform, just that they student should gain competence. It is up the individual program to decide how to determine that competence.

So, in a CV US track- both echo and vascular, that is 1800 exams. Is that clinical site or include lab time?
