Are you using the TCD or beams to measure the area of the peaks?
If TCD is selected I would try it via beam area instead.
There are a few subtle things that can cause this so it may be easier if I just dial in and take a quick look.
Please send PCanywhere info off list if you like. If preferred a screen shot of the sample list may also help.
