Notes: Early morning walk! More song compared to the afternoon before.
Bald Eagle, a second or third year bird.

Observation date: 7/29/10
Notes: All the Vesper Sparrows were observed on top of or "within" the
north/south fence line except one that was flushed. There appeared to be a
family group of four that when disturbed flew to the adjacent tree line
together. One bird was seen carrying food [CF]. The kestrel hovered over and
then landed within the fenced area.

Notes: This area is apparently a CHA, [Controlled Hunting Area]
traversed by an old rail bed. Adult Eastern Kingbird observed feeding young [FY].

Observation date: 7/29/10
Notes: One Great Egret was on north side of road in a tree the other
along the shore line to the south. One Black Tern appeared to be a juvenile.
Observer thought he heard a Common Moorhen on the north side of the road but
it called only once.

Notes: Observed from the camp site on the lake shore during evening.
Bald Eagle was an adult. Yellow-rumped Warblers, apparently all juveniles,
passing overhead all the while gleaning.
