Spent a weekend in the NEK.  Highlight was a Leucistic Red-tailed Hawk 
approximately 0.5 mi west of the Hardwick Dam, Rte 15.   The bird was 
seen on 8/7 and again today, 8/9 in the same location.    This is just 
east of McAllister Farm Rd.  The bird was between McAllister Farm Rd and 
the Dam  (Greensboro Garage is another landmark near the dam).   Look on 
the South side of Rte 15.  The bird was seen both days in trees 
overlooking the river.
