While walking and bird watching at Dead Creek Wildlife Area Thursday Sept. 9 
I unexpectedly, ( weather was cloudy, and cool), came across the following:

Eastern-tailed Blue   1
Monarch                   2
Monarch caterpillars: 3  (one early, one middle, one late)
and... Bronze Copper   4, ( all fresh and vibrantly colored)
