Theoretically, you can get it (as well as a number of other odds and ends) from here, too, for free, After verification of a *.edu email address.

I was introduced to this by a Microsoft rep at EDUCAUSE national convention last week. I was asking after MS Expressions Encoder 4 Pro, which I asked about on this list a couple of weeks ago. He told me faculty can get it free by downloading MS Expressions Studio from Dreamspark -- so it's not just for students.
