If the person is part of the Cell Phone Allowance program, meaning their 
phone is being paid for in part by UVM, then they qualify for a 
NotifyLink account.  This gets them robust email, calendar, contacts and 
task synchronization.

If they are using an unfunded device, we recommend using SyncJE to do 
calendar sync.
