I correlate both sides and that gives me two separate correlations.
ICAVL needs 30 ICA correlations for submission which means 15 patients
if you correlate bilaterally. If you just concentrate on the
significant disease that is eventually sent to CTA because of duplex
findings, then you may not have many correlations in the <50% range.

If a patient is sent for a CTA due to unilateral high grade stenosis
found on duplex. Do you include in correlation the contralateral side
while performing your Q/A or do you correlate the side with the high
grade stenosis only?
