Let me be clear.
I have no financial stake or self promotion.  Only reporting the facts as reported to me by a lead investigator of the Bogalusa Heart Study.  
CIMT plays a very valuable role in research, CV prevention, risk stratification, and monitoring of risk intervention. 
Use of vascular age, if used globally, could be one of many tools used by a physician to develop good talking points and intervention for patients at risk.
Just my opinion.
