Hi [log in to unmask],

In light of the multiple mobile phones having trouble connecting
securely to our campus mail servers at imap.uvm.edu using the InCommon
(Comodo) certificates installed on Sunday night, ETS has purchased new
certificates for this service which should have better support among
mobile devices.

These certificates have already been installed on the imap.uvm.edu
servers, so new connection attempts should work immediately.

We apologize to those who were affected by this change, and hope that
this resolves the issue.

If you are still having problems connecting to your UVM mail account
using imap.uvm.edu, please reply to this note or open a support ticket
with the ETS Helpline: https://footprints.uvm.edu/etsgroup.html

Jim
