And it was still there in the spot you describe at 4:45 p.m. in tree VERY close to I-89. Heavy traffic passing by. West side of highway in a.m. East side in p.m. Same bird moving from one side of highway to the other?

The bird was present this morning and this afternoon. This afternoon (3:30)
it was at mile marker 55.8 on the eastern side of the interstate south of
the Rt 2 overpass. It would be visible from Rt 2 for those that are
interested in trying to find it.
