Hello everyone,

I am looking for the CPOT (Critical-Care Pain Observation Tool).
Articles describing it have appeared in various pain management and
critical care nursing journals, but my patron is requesting the actual
instrument. It is not indexed in the HaPI database.

I have contacted the author but have not received a response.

Thank you.

Rita
