Bohemian Waxwings were present in Montpelier today as well. There was a
flock of about 50 feeding on Crabapples in front of the St. Augustine Church
on Barre Street. There was also a flock (same one?) on Elm Street/Route 12.

Yes--I saw it at 11:30 this morning and watched it for about a half hour.
It was in a tree at the road edge on River Rd about a half mile further up
from Jones Brook Rd where there is a little housing development on the
right. I came into this area from 3 mile bridge road. It then flew across
the road to a pole wire where it allowed incredible up close looks.
Am sending this to the whole list in case others may be interested.
