Good trys all BUT... here are the actual and true specs.
All email is backed up every night, including the INBOX.
All email backups are retained for 3 months. The backups older than 3
months are purged every month.
So, if a message is deleted from a folder, we wouldn't be able to
restore it past the 3-4 month timeframe.
No log of outgoing content is retained, other than sent folders.
There are basic logs showing who sent each message, and who they sent it
to, but nothing in the logs regarding content other than the subject line.
