Taking advantage of the "beginning" of spring I spent a couple hours
soaking up the warm sun under turqois blue sky at Windsor Prison Farm.
 Not much bird activity during the off season, but I was lucky to spot
a Northern Shrike perched in an apple tree at the edge of the wetland
off Marton Road.  Other sightings included: Rock Pigeon, 2; Blue Jay,
1; American Crow, 6; Common Raven, 2; and Black-capped Chickadee, 5.
