Vermont can't pay the Manila fee on time because of the start of our 
fiscal year. I expect that this may be the case with many USA schools.

I wrote a letter to Dino DeLeon, convenor, and he agreed to let us pay 
the full amount on August 1 2011.

Just wanted people to know there is a way.
