Dear Colleagues,
I am also interested in finding good BrF5 source. We got a supply from a Chinese manufacturer (having an office in SF) and we are still having hard time cleaning this up (still not-working, has tons of CF4 in it).
I came across Galaxy Chemicals (http://www.galaxychemfluoride.com/pages/905769/index.htm), they are US based manufacturer of fluorine products. But I am now scared after this bad BrF5 experience. Does anyone used the product from this company before. I will be eager to know your feedback.
Also, any information about any other manufacturer is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
