Yesterday was perfect weather to survey the wooded, upper, east-facing
slopes of the southern end of Snake Mountain in Bridport between
reported observations of one Cerulean Warbler at Mountain Road and one
0.6 mile south near my home.
A total of 5 males were located along this north-south transect, evenly
spaced about 700 feet apart along the slope. All are in locations where
Ceruleans were observed last year at this time.
